1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER: The contest is open to any person 18 years of age and older. Anyone who enters or participates in this contest is subject to and agrees to abide by the official rules as stated. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Cerse contests are open to residents of Atlantic County, NJ only. Proof of residence required. Void where prohibited.

2. HOW TO QUALIFY: A random selection will be made from among all entrants after the deadline. All prize claims are subject to verification of the claimant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules. On-line entries are limited to one per unique valid email address or resident. No mechanical reproduction of Entry Forms permitted.

4. PRIZES: Each Verified winner will receive that prize in which they entered to win. No substitutions will be made.

5. RESTRICTIONS: Employees of Cerise Communications, LLC and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Persons who have won another cash contest of any kind from Cerise Communications, LLC in the past 30 calendar days before the contest are ineligible to win. All winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes including state, local and federal. As a winner, you acknowledge that Cerise Communications, LLC has the right to, without further authorization, to publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are a winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration. All prizes are non-transferable and there will be no substitution for prizes.

6. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable. Cerise Communications, LLC reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time and reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date(s) without notice. The decision of Cerise Communications, LLC in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules. If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Cerise Communications, LLC, their representatives, agencies, employees and Direct Marketing Results are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize. Cerise Communications, LLC, their representatives, agencies, employees and Direct Marketing Results are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery.

7. GENERAL & PRIZE STRUCTURE: One winner per household for the duration of the contest. Final odds will depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. The prize does not cover any other expenses, including but not limited to tax. Cerise Communications will provide winners of a prize valued at or more than $600.00 with an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 when required.
